Ricordate questo articolo che pubblicai qualche settimana fa? Parlava dell’imminente possibilità dello sblocco del bootloader dei dispositivi Motorola, promesso e mai rilasciato tantissime volte. Quasi a voler confutare quanto scritto nei giorni scorsi a proposito della confusione che regnerebbe negli uffici della casa americana, ecco la conferma ufficiale; con la presentazione del Photon Q per Sprint, Motorola ha presentato anche il sito web che servirà per ottenere l’agognato sblocco. Il sistema è simile a quello di HTC, con una serie di operazioni in sequenza da eseguire dopo aver accettato le condizioni contrattuali, prima fra tutte l’annullamento della garanzia. Ancora limitato il numero dei modelli che possono essere sbloccati: oltre al citato Photon Q, lo Xoom (sia Verizon che il modello Wi-Fi europeo) ed il RAZR Develepor Edition (versione europea).
